Where to get the Widget ID for PAC within CP?

Someone asked a similar question before but the answer was more for SPAC. I'm trying to figure out how to get Proactive Chat happening with the Engagement Engine within the Customer Portal. In the EE, when I select the proactive chat action (NOT the syndicated one), the only value to specific is the 'Widget ID'. Where do I get this Widget ID from?

In the EE documentation, it says 'Widget ID: This is used to specify the widget that should be displayed to the visitor. Clicking the Editbutton displays a new window that you can use to add or delete a widget ID from the list of available widgets as required.'
