Ability to insert DFF from agreement header name into workflow when creating release purchase orders

Summary:

We have a DFF on the agreement header titled "Contract Manager (Release Order)" which when release orders are created against that agreement can that name be automatically added into the workflow approval without manual intervention?

In EBS we were able to modify the workflow so that person’s name would automatically be inserted into the approval path. Currently in Cloud we have a DFF on the Requisition Summary page which the requestor adds name manually and then the system adds into the workflow. This workaround solution is causing us issues because people are either selecting the wrong name then the one listed on the agreement header and utilizing monies from the agreement without the contract managers approval.
