Carryover limit from previous year Balance
Summary:
Hi,
We have a requirement, Carryover has to happen on April 1st instead of Jan 1st 2024 and limit of 10 days from the Dec 31st 2023 balance along with Q1 (Jan - march) Accrual Days.
Example Scenario:
Balance as of Dec 31st 2023: 18 days
Jan Accrual : 2 days, Feb Accruals: 2 days, March Accrual: 2.5 days
Absences taken in 1st Quarter : 3 days.
Balance as of 31st March is 21.5
Carryover 1st April : 16.5 days
Is this possible to achieve.
