Not able to see the skill recommendation on some Job Profiles.

Summary: I have set the profile option ORA_HRT_AI_SKILLS_ASSISTANT at the SITE level. But still I am unable to see the skill recommendations for most of the Job Profiles. I am able to see the recommendations for some of the job profiles. Is there any specific step to do to get the recommended skills under skill content section on Job profiles. I have all other data on the Job Profile like Profile Description, Job Description, Job Responsibility, Job Qualifications, Associated jobs, Licenses and Certifications, Competencies.

Please help.
