How to get Marketing email and Job alert preferences of Candidates using REST API

During registration candidates can opt for marketing emails and Job alert.

Through recruitingcandidates API we could get the Marketing email preference , but Job alert is not in the response. Is there a way to get the Job alert preference using REST APIs ?
