help setting absence accrual bands Regular Full-time Employees

edited Mar 27, 2024 7:25PM in Workforce Management 2 comments

My customer has requirements that annual leave accrues at different rates for everyone OTHER than Regular Full-time employees. I'm trying to build the accrual matrix with an expression that captures these employees and I can't seem to trigger it. I have tried to use Worker Category, Regular or Temporary, Worker Person Type, and Full Time or Part time. I have used each of these to equal 'Regular Full-time', 'Regular Full-time Employee', and contains 'Regular' or 'Full'. I have also mixed and matched. For example, I have said [Person.WorkerCategory] Contains 'Regular' AND [Person.FullPartTime] Contains 'Full'.

If anyone has insight as to which table under person might have this full string, or if there is a combination to get this effect I would greatly appreciate the help.

Howdy, Stranger!
