vm no internet access

Hello,

I have compute instance for some time and it worked with no problem till today.

At the moment I unable to connect it via internet

But If I go to my cloud account and use "cloud shell" I see that vm is up and running but it has no internet access.

IP is assigned to interface, default route is present

tcpdump shows outgoing connections but no incoming traffic at all

what happened and how to fix it?
