The Project Manager standard role has privileges to view cost distributions: PJC_VIEW_PROJECT_EXPENDITURE_ITEM_COST_DISTRIBUTION_LINES_PRIV

Where would a PM be able to see cost information in the user interface without having Project Accountant/Manage Costs?

What is the purpose of the PM Role having this privilege?
