Task type Shipment actual completion date is blank in oracle fusion for one line

Summary:

We have a sales order with multiple lines.

Multiple shipment lines are shipped successfully and the line status shows interfaced.

In the Order line status and fulfillment line status is still showing shipped status for only 1 line, other lines shows its closed.

When i look at the Orchestration process and task types, in shipment task type the actual completion date is blank.

#1 have run the ESS: "Recover Errors" with below parameters ,

Order Orchestration Function : Continue orchestration

still the same issue.
