Can a pending worker upload licenses and certificate to talent profile
Summary:
We have a requirement where a pending worker is supposed to upload licenses and certificates as a part of Preboarding . These licenses and certificates should then be available in talent profile of that new hire.
I understand we have an application task for Skills and qualifications which caters to this but can it be made available for Pending workers as well with some roles and privilges?
