Item description duplicate validation during item creation through FBDI

Summary:

Client wants system to show validation error message just like if we try to use the same item number, system shows an error message and stop the user from proceeding on with creating the item through FBDI Or atleast a warning message that the item description is duplicated i.e. used in another item while creating an item through FBDI with same description as previously created items.

When we are doing manually then Matching feature is working fine but when importing items through FBDI then this matching feature is not working.

Please suggest if there is any other approach to stop the the duplicate items import in the system.
