How to enable approval for line managers

Hi All,

We have three levels of approval enabled in Learning cloud (Line Manager --> HoD --> Talent Team)

If the request is initiated by a learner it is going for all three levels of approval.

However, when the request is initiated by a manager on behalf of his mean, it is getting auto approved, rather than asking approval from remaining two levels.

Do we need to do any specific setup to achieve this requirement?
