Labor Distribution - Fringe Benefit Mapping Based on Assignment Element Schedules

We are using assignment-element (ASE) schedules to define distribution rules for Individualized Compensation Plans (ICPs). The ASE schedules are in addition to the standard assignment (ASG) schedules, and use various pay elements that are specific to the ICPs to define the Project or GL Account distribution rules specific to the ICP.

Is there a way to map a fringe benefit pay element to an ASE schedule?

For example, we have an ASE schedule titled "[Employee Name] - [Assignment Number] - [ICP Pay Element]". We then want to be able to say, when the pay element equals [ICP Pay Element] and the fringe pay element equals [Supplemental Fringe Pay Element], use the Project or GL Account distribution rules for the ASE schedule but set the Account to match the account code for [Supplemental Fringe Pay Element].
