The absence plan end dated & duplicate enrollment error when attempting to delete the enrollment

We have an absence plan with eligibility, and the end date of that eligibility expired on 31.12.23. When HR ran the update enrollment process for employees, the absence plan enrollment was ended with today's effective date. We updated the absence plan eligibility profile with an end date of 31/12/4712.

HR ran the enrollment process twice, resulting in duplicate absence plans in employees' records with an inactive status. When attempting to delete the enrollment, it errors out with the following message.
