How to integrate the Oracle Fusion Procurement contract with Centralized contract application

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to integrate the oracle fusion procurement contract application with another home grown application.

Customer would create the contract in Oracle enterprise contracts and move the contracts to home grown application.

Contract will sent to home grown application after contract is approved and status is active.

If any of you have done similar integration , would like you to share few pointers that will be a great help.
