Table Storing Changes in Departments ->GL Cost Centre Information ->Cost Center Manager

We are updating Cost Center Manager in (Departments ->GL Cost Centre Information).
I am looking for the tables which are storing information related to changed Cost Center Manager value.
I am able to find the changes after the approval in the table i.e hr_organization_information_f but I need before approval/pending approval.
I tried using this table- column hrc_txn_header.xml_data_cache but it has many entries for Cost Center Manager against one department(transacion).
If we have some SQL query or tables details, that would be helpful.
