Getting Error while correcting the hire date, for the same employee has multiple work relationships

Hi Team,

While we are correcting the hire date of a employee we are getting the error: "You can't change the selected work relationship's start date to before {EXISTING_DATE}, which is the start date of another existing work relationship."

We checked in the oracle support for the issue, we found the document :Doc ID 1969304.1) for the similar issue, Please refer below details.
We are unable get the solution provided by the oracle, Can any one known's how to implement the oracle solution the one oracle provided is
"Change Hire Date giving multiple active for same LE" ?
