Application Appearance feasibility

Hi,

Below are the my requirements and let me know the feasibility.

  1. Change the Icon color to Green from Grey when we Click/put the mouse on the Icon
  2. "Quick Actions" Icon color change to dark and text to white when we place the Mouse on it.
  3. Can we select the Font Type for Icons and Quick action Names.
  4. Can we change the filed entry columns appearance from box to plain row.
