Is it possible to make Offering content field as Mandatory for adding contents

Hi All,

When Learn Admin starts to create an Activity, need to select the Offering content.

As an example, suppose learn admin forgot to add the offering content and clicked on save and close. System is accepting it and because of this, learner not able to see the launch button(As though Offering content is not added to activity).

So learn admin then realizes and then when tried to edit the activity, the offering content field is locked and not able to add the content.

In order to add this offering content, learn admin needs to delete this activity and create a new activity by adding the offering content which is an extra work to learn admin.
