Licensing cost on custom roles

We need your inputs on how the licensing will be counted by Oracle for roles or privileges.
Our business is using custom role (Custom BI Admin )to get access for data model in Report and analytics.

Please let us know does licensing cost impact on the custom role , if we add role for additional users.
Please providing the licensing cost for each of the inherited role in custom role. Please find attachment
