Multiple Chat Sessions - Flash/Color Change issue in TAB

I will chat with multiple customers at same time. If I'm chatting with only only customer, then I'm not facing any issues here. But when I'm already chatting with a customer and the new customer came in, the TAB of the new CHAT window is not changing colour or flashing until the customer type anything in chat. After the new customer type something in the chat, then only the TAB is flashing and changing the colour.

Is there any way to always flash/change colour of chat TAB immediately after starting a new chat session?
