Problem Statement

Can we firm the Transfer orders as part of the Plan run, even if they are collected as "Not firm"? is there any configuration available for that? Is there any plan option to firm the transfer orders which are coming in automatically so that the planning engine will not recommend it to reschedule / Cancel the transfer orders.

In ASCP we had a profile MRP: Firm Internal Req Transferred to OE, which allowed us to firm internal requisitions, we are looking for something similar in Cloud. 

Business Case: 

We are extracting data from EBS and Loading to Cloud. However as part of our project we are only implementing few organizations. We have a business case where one of the org A is in planning cloud and the other Org B is not. We have cases where IR/Transfer Order is created in Org B, and we need to planning to create Transfer Order Demand in Org A. For this we are planning the other org B as well so that the transfer orders are collected and it creates transfer order demand in the org A which we is planning
