ICP Reports are not consistent when displaying Entities in a Report

ICP Report's behavior is not consistent when displaying Entities in a Report.

As per documentation, If you specify the shared instance of an entity, the report displays the member name in the Entity column using the [Parent].[Child] format. But unfortunately this is not working. It worked for us last month. (something with Oracle update??)

We are expecting fully qualified member name for Entity when generating the report but what I get is only member names (not is fully qualified format.)

Also, it keeps changing for us, without we making changes to the report.
