Expose department hierarchy on learning pages

Summary:

We'd like to expose the department hierarchy fields on the learning admin pages for the learning specialist to search the results of the learning pages for all departments under the top level rather than searching over 100 times. Does anyone know if that's possible?

We are looking into creating an analysis report for selecting the whole department hierarchy but searching is still causing us an issue
