Report on Denied Absences (OTBI)

Summary:

I am trying to create a report on Absences which are in "Denied" Approval Status using the Workforce Management - Absence Real Time SA.

The Approval Status field in this SA lets me select "Denied" as one of the filter options so I assume this is intended to work - however no data appears on the OTBI report.


Context - there is new legislation coming in this weekend in the UK for Carers Leave which stipulates a letter must be provided to the employee should any absence request (for Carers Leave) be declined - hence it's critical we report on these absences which have been declined in a timely manner.
