What is a valid value for the LocalNameLanguage field?

We are calling PATCH on hcmrestapi/resources/11.13.18.05/workers with a specific worker id. However, we are getting a 400 error when we try to update the Local Name Language field. Does anyone know a sample value that would work with the field?
