Date mismatch is happening when an Admin manually completes an Activity for a Learner

Hi Team,

We noticed one issue when we manually marked an activity complete for a Learner from the admin login. Below are the steps that we took:

1. Opened the course from an admin login and went to the offering section.

2. Go to a learners section and mark an activity complete for a learner by going to Manage Activities and manually marking an activity complete for the Learner.

3. Mention the completion date as 01/04/2024 and click on Save.

4. Now login as the learner and check the completion date for the Activity. The completion date is showing as 31/03/2024.

We noticed when the admin manually marks an activity complete for a learner, the completion date is showing as a day previous to that day when we are checking from the Learner self service page. I am attaching the word doc with the screenshots as well.
