Summary: What are the correct steps recommended by Oracle to determine if an entity is out of scope and steps required.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Use Case:

We have received conflicting information from Oracle about out-of-scope entities. Earlier it was mentioned that we must take following steps when an entity is out of scope:

  • Remove the “Pillar Two Attribute” and set to none.
  • Remove the Jurisdiction assignments when an entity goes out of scope as the assignment is Scenario / Year / Period specific.
  • Tested a specific entity for FY22/CBCR scenario/P12/
  • a) Step 1- Removed the jurisdiction on the specific entity and data still populates.

Howdy, Stranger!
