Chat Transfer - Not Changing Greetings message

Hi,

We have set different custom chat greetings message for each departments. When the chat agent transfer the customer's chat from department 1 to department 2, the chat transcript is not showing the greetings message for department 2. It's only showing the greetings message for department 1. Any there anyway to fix it?
