During supplier registration approval process, 2nd Approver Requested Information (RFI) from 1st Approver but it has been assigned to "web services application identity for procurement" as shown below. We have to reassign it manually to Approver from Worklist so that he can submit the information requested.

Kindly advice the reason for such system behavior.
