Facing Error : Inspection Plan Id required while creating the Inspection event using Rest API

Summary:

While using the rest api for Inspection events : /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/inspectionEvents

Facing the below error screenshot

Please note : Able to create the Inspection without any Inspection plan from Fusion front end (Inspection Receipts page)

Issue faced only when using the Rest API : Please check and confirm if we have any other Rest API to perform the Inspection without passing Inspection plan id?
