How to retrieve bank account details on report with correct party ID?

We have run the attached SQL query. However, we have noticed that for one employee, we were not able to retrieve the bank details as shown below:

Currently on the system, the following bank details were added on the employee profile:

An SR has been created for this issue: SR 3-35712911381. After investigation, we found that the problem was due to the SQL query used.

Actually, the SQL query was supposed to return only the active bank account details of the person. For this case scenario, the SQL query is retrieving the wrong party ID which is the one of the
