How to Enable the Emp SSHR to request to adjust his leave balance when he works in weekend or PH

Hello Dears,

If the employee worked in weekend or public holiday, we want the employee to request to adjust his leave balance and this request to be subject for approval

can this be achieved on annual leave accrual balance or it has to be using Compensatory plan

If the above requirement can be performed then how to achieve it.
