New event Event type created, but not in the list in Add Event

Created new Event type from

Manage Environment, Health and Safety Configuration Settings --> ORA_HNS_INCIDENT_EVENT.

But the new event type is not appearing when i tried to enable ESS from


Manage Incident Events Lookup.

Also the new event type not appearing from the list when try to create event from My clinet groups --> Incident --> Event
