Hi ,
Trying to create a user account without person record , via security console i'm able to create.
But via HDL (User.dat) its not working and even API (hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/userAccounts) is giving below error
"The user account can't be updated because it isn't linked to a person record. (PER-1532364)"
Can you please let me know how to load user account without person in bulk?
