Submit a request to use the VBS ADVANCE TOOL for responses: Customizations that cannot be migrated

in HCM Redwood Personalization Helper Tool 3 comments

Summary: We do not have that many customizations. However, after running the Redwood Personalization Helper Tool, we analyzed results and found that only 4% of our customizations can be migrated with the tool. The other 96% are under response: Customizations that cannot be migrated. How/where do we submit a ticket to Oracle CoE to request the approval to modify the pages in VBS using the 'Advanced' tab?


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Many customizations HIDE fields we dont want the users to enter data into or set a field as REQUIRED to ensure mandatory fields are entered. In addition, there are some fields that Oracle recently enabled for us to use with Transaction Design Studio that we use/need to simplify auditing needs (who updated, when) - see sample image below. We enabled those fields and now this report states these
