Adding Help Text inside an Infolet

Summary:

Is it possible to add help text inside an Infolet either in the form of a '?' where you hover over the '?' with your mouse and it provides information on the Infolet, or a hyperlink that can be clicked on to redirect the user to the Company's sharepoint site where additional documentation can be located? If either of these options are available, how is this done?
