How to create work confirmation by preparer for the complex PO.

Steps:

1.Requisition created by requester and approved. Buyer created complex PO and approved.

2.We are using roles called Work confirmation by requester, Work confirmation by Supplier, and Work confirmation by Buyer roles. Work confirmation is creating by either requester or buyer or supplier as expected.

3.Now requester (A) is on vacation. Hence we have reassigned this requisition to another user (B). Now the requisition entered by name changed to (B). The user(B) is able view the requisition and try to create work confirmation for the same but unable to find work confirmation lines to add to it.
