Currency Conversion in OTBI report from Procurement - Procure to Pay Real time subject area

Summary:

We have a custom OTBI report created from Procurement - Procure to Pay Real time subject area. The report currently shows all open POs in different currencies. As per new requirement, the business wants POs with foreign currencies(like GBP, EUR, etc.) should also show PO amount in base currency (i.e., USD). This can be easily achieved through a BI report(SQL Query based report).

However, is there any way, we can achieve this through an existing OTBI report?
