Auditing for Documents of records access
Hi Team
We're seeking information on individuals who have accessed the documents of records related to all employees within our system. We're interested in knowing who accessed these documents, how many times they were accessed, and on which specific days they were accessed.
We've already examined the columns available in the OTBI "Workforce Management - Documents of Records Real Time" subject area, but unfortunately, we haven't found any useful columns for obtaining this information.
Could anyone provide insights or suggestions on how we can retrieve access/view details of the documents of records for employees?
Regards,
Pratibha
