How can we override the default "MOBILE" remark in Mobile App

We have a requirement to capture remark at shipment level when the driver enters an event via Mobile Application. We created a custom remark qual gid and we added the same in the mobile layout by having "captureRemarks": true. But still we could see the default "MOBILE" remark qualifier is considered when the driver is entering events in the remark.

We need some suggestion on whatelse we need verify in this case.
