Accessorial Default calculated twice with Rate Factor

The customer wants to calculate fuel surcharge with Accessorial Defaults and updating this with Rate Factor, we successfully configured both Accessorials on Rates, Accessorial Default and Rate Factor/Rate Factor rule but we face issues related to cost calculation.

In particular, the cost is calculated twice, it seems that OTM consider both the percentage inserted in the Accessorial Default itself that the one inserted in the Rate Factor.

Currently, the setup on the Accessorial Cost used for the Accessorial Default is set with 0 percentage, this is why it results in 0.0 cost on the shipment.
