Is it possible to have ERS billing with Requisition & PO requiring special handling?

Summary:

I came across this event and found that this feature is really worthy for many businesses needs and cases. In case of OnlyBill process, I am wondering if it'll be possible to set ERS in order to have a full automated process. In this case we'll actually have an invoice, but since we need to ramp up from the begining with the Requisition, PO, Receipt which is already generated in this case. Then we'll need to have also the invoice generated automatically as with ERS.
