Getting an error while cancel work relationship

Summary: an employee gets hire and converted to employee but he does not join the organization on Day1.


There is an employee who gets hire and converted to employee but he does not want to join the organization on Day1. So, while doing cancel work relationship getting the below error in Production. We also remove the FMLA and Benifits but still getting the same error.

Here is that error below:
