How to allow employees to view timecards on Redwood existing timecard page?

Summary: I have enabled all of the profile options and ran the scheduled processes outlined in the 23B release notes except for the Compute Users ACL by Events because I receive the following error when I attempt to run the process.


Error: ESS-01050 One or more requests are currently pending for definition: JobDefinition://oracle/apps/ess/hcm/users/DataSecurityAclRefresh

Employees are able to view their current timecard and request time change requests on the Redwood pages, but are unable to view any timecards on the existing timecard page. When I revert the pages back to the responsive pages the employees can see existing timecards.
