How to identify managers with direct reports on analysis reports?

edited Apr 4, 2024 6:23PM in Learning 4 comments

When using an analysis report to assign training, I'm looking for a way to identify managers with direct reports. Currently, I am using the manager flag yes to identify managers. However, I've recently been made aware that this field is for information only and has to be manually updated. With this, I'm finding it is not as effective as I thought when creating these reports to assign training to the correct audience.

I did reach out to our security team, and they let me know the use "manager with reports" when identifying the role for line manager. I looked in the analysis reports, and I don't see this available. We have compliance training that is specially targeted to managers with direct reports.

Howdy, Stranger!
