Enable the Push Notifications for Mobile app and related queries

Hi All,

We have a requirement to enable the Push Notifications for Mobile app and we were able to enable and test the notifications successfully. However, while testing we found the below Issues with the Mobile App.

 

1 If mobile internet is turned off then users are getting logged out automatically and need to log in again.

2 Even If the Internet is turned on for the whole day, the user automatically logs out after certain hours and needs to log in again.

3 If the user is Inactive for a few hours, then the session expire notification dialog box pops up, same as the web browser.
