OSP Work Order not showing shipment

We are using the outside processing functionality (OSP) and have noticed a
few work orders in production where the
shipment is completed for the supplier operation but still the shipment
details are not visible in the supplier operation UI and same is the
case with backend (DB). Is this a known issue and is there any fix/workaround ?
