Visual Builder Studio - VM Executor - Error Unrecoverable

Summary:

We have some personlizations for Learn module and when trying to Publish, we receive error: “All build executors are in an error state.”  The VM Executor is in status: Error Unrecoverable.

We tried the below but still cannot get the status changed in order to Publish:

1. Verified we are using the “free” VM executor and it is connected
2. Tried to use the "Try to Rebuild" action under Build Executors
3. Tried to use the "Delete" action under Build Executors
4. Tried to use the "Force Delete" under Build Executors

For the "Try to Rebuild" and "Delete" actions, the log shows:

"Delete requested for build System Default OL7 for Visual Builder", then "Initiating termination of the build executor System Default OL7 for Visual Builder"
