How to configure/update transformation packages in CMK

Is there any documentation or information in how to configure or update transformation packages in CMK?

We've figured out an alternate solution where we can pass the trading partner ID to our EDI provider (justransform) and when they send the order to oracle, the customer item number is populated in cloud. I tested it using FBDI but when justrasnform sends the payload to oracle, it is being mapped to the incorrect column (customer product number instead of customer product identifier) in the FBDI. Need help in updating the cmk package so this business case can be resolved.
